Do I need to buy hardware and software together?

Yes. Bridge is an integrated solution with a device and an app that work together. Each user requires at least one Bridge device and a software license.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

At checkout, you’ll be charged for any device purchases and your 30-day subscription trial will begin immediately, covering the time needed for shipping and setup. After the 30 days, your subscription will automatically renew and your preferred payment method will be charged. If you decide the service isn’t a good fit, you can cancel the trial within 30 days to avoid any subscription fees and return any purchased devices for a full refund; return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Can I switch between plans later?

Yes. You can move from Professional to Business or Enterprise as your organization’s needs change.

What discounts are available?

Volume discounts apply for Enterprise plan customers requiring more than 15 seats. We also provide discounts for non-profit organizations. For more information, please reach out to us using the form here.

How many Bridge devices do I need to purchase?

We recommend purchasing a device for each workstation with a VoIP phone where a Bridge user will need to make or receive calls. The number of devices in your organization may be more or less than the number of active users, depending on your office setup.
